TonkOS is a platform that allows businesses to deploy custom AI personalities ("Branches") built on top of the Tonk base model. Branches are fine-tuned AI adapters trained on your business knowledge and deployed via TonkOS's infrastructure and InferCoin's compute network.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use TonkOS. By using TonkOS, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using TonkOS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Your API key grants access to your Branch. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code. TonkOS is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from failure to protect your key. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately at tank@tonkos.io.

TonkOS provides AI-generated content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them in your business. TonkOS does not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.
Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $500 covers branch training and deployment.
Monthly Subscription: Plans are billed monthly in advance. Current plans:
Overages: Usage exceeding your plan limit is billed at $0.002 per 1,000 tokens.
Founding Clients: Founding clients receive permanent $0/month access as an early adopter benefit. This benefit is non-transferable.
Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If TonkOS fails to deliver your branch within 30 days of setup fee payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you submit to TonkOS (business descriptions, FAQs, knowledge base materials). You grant TonkOS a limited license to use this content solely to train and operate your Branch.
TonkOS IP: The TonkOS platform, Tonk base model, and all associated software, designs, and systems are the intellectual property of UFT Holdings LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from TonkOS systems.
AI outputs: You own the outputs generated by your Branch, subject to any applicable laws and the rights of third parties whose content may have influenced training.
Your Branch's system prompt, knowledge base, and training data are treated as confidential. We will not share your Branch configuration with third parties except as required to operate the service.
TonkOS is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, InferCoin network conditions, and unforeseen outages may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting tank@tonkos.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your Branch will remain active until that date.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we determine that continued service poses a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your Branch will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonkOS and UFT Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of TonkOS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
TonkOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on tonkos.io. Continued use of TonkOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
